Duties and Responsibilities
- Cooperate in every possible way with the government authorities on planning, zoning, construction, beautifications preservation of natural resources and the creation, promotion and reservation of tourist spots and attractions and keep the Board of Directors informed as to their development plans and programs
- Guard and promote the interest of real estate before all legislative bodies and other public offices and perform such other duties pertaining to legislation and government relations as may be referred to it.
- Take charge over matters of general taxation and give the Board from time to time information of proposed changes and tax updates Ex.: VAT, Sales Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Estate Tax, Income Tax, etc.
